If you need information on services that Transdev do not provide then please call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. Lines are open 0800 to 2000 daily.

In Person

Our Customer Information Centre is located at 48 Station Parade, Harrogate, opposite the Bus Station which is open:
Mondays to Saturdays – 0830 to 1700

A staffed Information Kiosk is located at Harrogate Bus Station, and is open:
Mondays to Fridays – 0600 to 0030, Saturdays and Public Holidays – 0830 to 0030, Sundays – 1000 to 2330

In Leeds, the Coastliner office at the City Bus Station will deal with all enquiries regarding Harrogate & District services, and sells the company's period tickets.
Opening times are:
Mondays to Fridays – 0800 to 1730, Saturdays – 0800 to 1730, Sundays – 0815 to 1130

Operating centres

The company's Operating Centre is at Prospect Park, Starbeck, Harrogate, and all our buses, bus drivers, engineers and support staff are based here. It is the location of the company's registered office, but there are no customer facilities there. Visits to our Operating Centre have to be strictly by appointment only to ensure that Health and Safety is not compromised.
