We're trying out three new buses on Route 36 over the next few weeks in order to compare their performance, reliability and fuel economy.
Are you thinking about a career change?
From Monday 8th December 2014 our route 1A will serve St James Retail Park in Knaresborough.
It was an 'appy Monday for everyone at Harrogate bus station at the start of this week as our new M-Ticket app launched. With the help of the Stray FM team and supported throughout the day by delicious food and drink from Cafe M, the Cairn and Cedar Court Hotels, the Travellers Rest and Starbucks it was a chance for customers to find out about the app and give mobile tickets a try. The new app allows you to buy a bus ticket with your smartphone; you then just show the ticket on your phone to the driver to travel. There's no need to search for change, and faster boarding times mean you're on your way quicker too!.
An internationally published author, who spent a week on our Route 36 to inspire new writing, has released the results.
Following a reduction in the amount of funding North Yorkshire County Council has available to provide bus services to and from secondary schools in the area, there will be major changes to the Harrogate School Bus network after the Easter holidays.
